Airport Transfer Contact Information 

Any student who has booked an airport transfer service will need to take note of some or all of the following information.

Coach Transfers (between London Heathrow Airport and Oxford only)

A note regarding luggage: Students taking an Oxford Royale Academy coach transfer are requested to carry no more than one suitcase per person, and one piece of hand luggage. Large numbers of students make use of the transfer service and coaches cannot carry more than one piece of luggage per student, due to a legal weight limit that coaches in the UK must not breach.

Students should make note of the following contact information, in case they are delayed or require any other assistance on arrival day. Should a student find that their flight is delayed or cancelled, we ask that you contact the member of staff in the relevant terminal as soon as possible.

 The staff in each terminal will have a mobile telephone. Students will be able to reach these members of staff from 8am on arrival days. The contact numbers for each terminal are as follows:

 Please note that these mobile telephones will only be in operation on arrival and departure days.

 It will also be possible to contact members of the transfer team based in the Oxford Royale Academy head office throughout the day on both arrival and departure days. The contact numbers in this case are as follows:

 On departure days the contact information for airport and office staff will be as above.

Taxi Transfers

Students who have booked a taxi transfer should address any enquiries to a member of the Airport Transfer team using the contact information listed above. Students arriving at London Heathrow between the hours of 9am and 3pm can also contact the member of the staff in the relevant terminal if assistance is required. Students departing from London Heathrow between the hours of 6am and 3pm will also be able to contact a member of staff in the terminal. Any other enquiries should be addressed to the office staff, who will be able to provide assistance for all students who have booked taxi transfers.
