2013 Applications General Information

Students seeking financial aid may apply for an academic scholarship which may result in a maximum 100% reduction in course fees.

We receive a huge number of applications for financial aid each year, and only a small percentage of students are successful. Scholarships are available for students aged 13-18 who wish to enrol on one of our courses. Oxford Royale Academy is not able to offer financial assistance to adult students.

Stage 1 - Applicants will complete an online form as completely and accurately as possible by 5pm GMT on 18th January 2013.

Stage 2 - From 9am GMT on 25th January 2013 a short list of candidates will be announced and they will be required to provide further information to accompany their application by February 15th 2013. For example: 

• Online Questions
• Financial Aid Verification (evidence of financial hardship)
• Recent Grades or Examination Results
• References from Teachers

Stage 3 - The successful applications will be announced after 9am GMT on 22nd February 2013. 

Financial aid will be available on the following programmes:

• Broadening Horizons for 16-18s
• Oxford Enterprise Programme for 16-18s
• Global Leadership Programme for 16-18s
• Engineering Preparation Programme for 16-18s
• UK University Preparation Programme for 16-18s
• Law School Preparation Programme for 16-18s
• Medical School Preparation Programme for 16-18s
• New Perspectives for 13-15s

Students do not have to pay a deposit before applying for the scholarship. However, if their application is unsuccessful, they will have to make a deposit payment to secure a place on the course.

All applicants will have to specify which course and which dates they wish to attend during the application process.
