Available Jobs: Student Counsellor

A Student Counsellor must be fun, extremely sociable, with experience in dealing with children and young adults. They will be enthusiastic, motivated team workers.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the everyday wellbeing of the students.

• Accompany students on trips and excursions.

• Roll call at breakfast/lunch/dinner/curfew/other times.

• Responsible for the execution of all extra curricular activities.

• Responsible for the organisation and carrying out of activities, sports, plays, debating et al. as instructed by the Residential Director.

Requirements

• Experience of dealing with children and young adults.

• Subject to Oxford Royale Academy’s child protection policy.

• Employed subject to CRB check.

• Employed subject to List 99 check.

Further Details

• Residential (live in college) / non residential.

• 1 day off per week.

• Meals provided when on duty.

• 40 hours per week.

• £220.80 per week + meals + accommodation (if required) + excursions.
