Changing your booking

We will always do our best to accommodate your request to change a programme, however, sometimes this can be difficult, especially if it is less than 30 days before you arrive. Contact us and we will see what we can do.

Cancelling your booking

Any cancellation must be received in writing and the following terms will always apply:

All refunds are less any foreign exchange or credit card charges or any similar expenses.

Cancellations after course start date

Cancellations after the commencement date of the course for any reason will receive no refund of any course fees.

Deposit

No refund of the £395 deposit will be made under any circumstances.

Insurance

If you would like to protect against the possibility of having to cancel ahead of time, you can purchase OxfordSure student insurance which is available when you enrol.
