Immigration and Visas

Students from EU and European Economic Area countries will not require a Visa.

It is best to make sure of your personal position by checking http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk.

Check your visa requirements for entry into the UK and check your passport has sufficient time to run before its expiry. Please note that the student is responsible for organising his or her visa ahead of time, and we will provide documentation to assist with visa application. Please read our terms and conditions with respect to visas, which relate to such issues as visa rejection and border control.

Advice on receiving your visa on time

Your visa is more likely to be granted if you demonstrate the following on your application:

• For older students (above 18 years old) you must show that you have good reason to return home after your studies e.g. for work.

• Have your acceptance letter available, from Oxford Royale Academy, proving your position on a course.

• Make sure the information you give is accurate e.g. contact details.

• Make sure you fill in the form yourself.

• If you are learning English, you should show why learning English and coming to England is useful and necessary for you.
