Oxford Royale Academy Head Office Opportunities – January 2014
Oxford Royale Academy is currently recruiting driven and dynamic graduates to join our head office in the coordination and preparation of our Oxford summer courses. We have permanent and temporary positions available, all of which will start in January 2014.
Our registrations team provide a high quality service for our students, agents and schools. They work throughout the year handling all elements of the registration process from handling initial enquiries to completing the student bookings and ensuring that all students have all the information they need before travel to Oxford. Enquiries from our clients will be by telephone, in person or email and the registration team will often have to handle important and sensitive data, as well as provide information on safety and student welfare to parents and family members.
Applicants must be strong team players with an excellent telephone manner and must have a high regard for accuracy and attention to detail in their work.

The marketing administrator will support our marketing department in many areas including the generation of email campaigns, website content and printed materials. In addition, they may be required to conduct market research from our existing customer base, manage the analyses of results and contribute to the maintenance and growth of our social media presence, across multiple platforms. The role may also include some customer service and support to the registrations team.

The summer programming department is responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of all the extra curricular elements to our summer programme. Duties will include organising coach excursions, local activities and guest speakers, as well as managing large evening social events. The programming officer will also need to liaise closely with all of the summer staff, summer contractors and have a constant grasp on the quality control of the activities and events. Applicants must be extremely organised and hard working and ideally will have leadership and event management experience.

Candidates must be available on weekends during the summer school, between July 6th – August 16th 2014.
