This summer, motivated students from across the globe will join Oxford Royale in one of the oldest Cambridge University colleges – Clare College. During a fortnight of stimulating, inspiring study, participants will have the opportunity to explore their chosen subjects in greater depth than ever before, with teaching from ORA’s experienced and passionate faculty, whilst living and studying in the environment of one of the best universities in the world.

about the Cambridge Summer School
Immerse yourself in the tranquil cobbled streets, historic buildings, and rich academic heritage of a city which has effortlessly walked the line between serene riverside idyll and vibrant intellectual centre for over 800 years.
Your home for the duration of your stay will be Clare College, at which students will get the chance to experience what undergraduate life might be like at one of the best universities in the world.
The college’s enviable location comprises part of ‘The Backs’ – a quintessentially Cantabrigian section of the River Cam spanned by quaint stone bridges and bordered by landscaped gardens and ancient elm trees.
All courses are designed with the academic rigour of their environment firmly in mind.
Participants will be taught by qualified, knowledgeable and well-trained members of the Oxford Royale Cambridge faculty, who are committed to passing their passion for their discipline onto their summer students.
We encourage an open-minded classroom environment, in which each student feels confident to contribute their opinion, enabling all students to learn from the experiences of their peers, make new friends, and absorb the knowledge on offer from their teacher.
Although the primary focus of all Oxford Royale programmes is adding academic value and progress, we never forget that our students are on holiday! Students at our Cambridge Summer School enjoy the full extra-curricular timetable for which Oxford Royale has become internationally famous, including dance workshops, tours of Cambridge and its museums, themed parties, excursions to sites of interest around the UK and much more.
You can reach Cambridge in under two hours from such must-see locations as the Tower of London, Windsor Castle, and the Warner Bros. Studio Tour.
Our Cambridge summer courses encompass a wide variety of engaging academic disciplines and subject options. Tomorrow’s young leaders may consider honing their understanding of the international political climate with our Global Leadership Programme, whilst those intending to become a doctor would undoubtedly benefit from our Cambridge medical summer school – Medical School Preparation.
There is even the opportunity to prepare for your IELTS examination among the inspiring surroundings of one of the world’s leading academic centres – the perfect environment in which to live, study and achieve your best! You can see a full list of our Cambridge summer courses by clicking the link.
If you enjoyed your ORA experience in Oxford, then you’ll love ORA Cambridge! Students are more than welcome to extend their summer booking across both sites, or even enjoy a full six-week immersion in British academic culture by including a session at our London centre along the way.

I had an amazing time at ORA. Every student was incredibly friendly and smart, and I had a wonderful time getting to know each and every person. My time at ORA flew by and by the time it was time to leave I couldn’t believe I was leaving my new friends. I highly recommend the programme as an opportunity to make friends and learn about other cultures.
The Medical School Preparation programme was amazing. The teachers were great, and it has really broadened my medical knowledge. Outside classes, our wonderful counsellors made it unforgettable with fun activities and games. This was definitely the best summer experience and would recommend it for anyone. I would surely return next year.
ORA was a life changing experience. Not only did I learn about different subjects, I also learned who I really am. It was a wonderful experience. I made many friends from different countries and got to experience what university life is really like. I hope that I will be able to come back next year. It was two weeks I will never forget.
