Oxford Royale Academy's
Year-round 10-week Gap Year and University Foundation Programmes based in Oxfordshire.AGES 17+
Our ISC programmes are designed to offer students deeply engaging and a thought-provoking academic experience in the traditionally British and yet forward-thinking city of Oxford. Students from all over the world and a variety of academic backgrounds flourish during their time with us as they deepen their understanding of their subject and enjoy our varied and stimulating enrichment programme. All ISC programmes are 10 weeks long, with terms starting in January, April and September.
International Study Centre Programmes
Business is now one of the most popular degree choices in the UK, as well as being one of the most popular options for international students studying in the UK. This course will help you to gain the knowledge and skills that will help you stand out from the crowd in a university application or job interview. The course will enhance your ability to think critically and conduct independent research into a topic – traits that are invaluable to modern business leaders.
This course allows students to look at a wide range of different texts and teaches them the skills they need both to write well and to succeed commercially. This course is ideal both for students who wish to write for a living and those who wish to expand their literary horizons in order to gain a head start ahead of going to university.
Throughout the Experimental Psychology Gap Year Course, students explore the breadth and depth of the field. Students new to the discipline will gain the academic knowledge they need to build their confidence in preparation for further university study or career. Students with prior knowledge in Psychology will ascertain their interest in a specific area by exploring new developments and putting their skills into practice.
Oxford Royale Academy’s Future Filmmakers Gap Year Programme is a dynamic and creative course, designed to take students from “concept to screen” over a period of 10 weeks. An immersive introduction to the practicalities of Filmmaking, this course is a suitable for students keen to take their first steps in the business, as well as those looking to build or expand an existing portfolio.
